In order to preserve any degree of honor you must change your ruling in the Tom Sarnelli case. What happened to the rule of law? Does Law count for nothing to you? By your act of ignorance of the law, in trying to claim that section 6151 requires the payment of income tax even without an assessment, you have become lower than the common criminals you have sent to jail. As you well know if code section 6151 applied to income tax it would have been mentioned in the privacy act notice. You also know that the implementing regulation for 6151 is in 27 CFR - thus it has only to do with the collection of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms taxes. You mean to say that you can’t figure this out? Don’t insult our intelligence. That black robe doesn’t give you any honor. We know you are deliberately disregarding the law in order to help the government illegally extort money from Tom Sarnelli. If you intend to give the position you have in the court and with God – Bishop Johnston, the honor it demands, then reverse your ruling and return the $7000 you are attempting to steal from the honorable Tom Sarnelli. News of your skullduggery is spreading fast through the Internet. You ought to put a mask on the next time you ascend the bench. Your act of ignorance is worse than the act of an ordinary thief, because you are attempting to do it under the guise of upholding the law. Not only are you stealing his money, but also you are violating your vow to uphold the law and uphold the constitution, and in addition to all of that, as a bishop in the Mormon Church, you have also violated your cannons of faith with God and your spiritual order. I am sure you have sent men to jail for stealing much less than you are attempting to steal from Mr. Tom Sarnelli.
May you recant and make it right,
Sincerely,
