Below are court cases
that reveal the criminal character of certain members of the Federal Judiciary.
In a debate that took place at the Libertarian Party Presidential Convention
in Washington, D.C. on July 4, 1996, I stated,
"If the American public
knew what was going on,
practically every federal
judge in the United States would be behind bars."
That remark was bleeped out by C-Span
when they re-broadcast the debates. Though the remark might have
sounded inflammatory and irresponsible, it was not, but it was 100% correct,
as the following will easily demonstrate.
There is probably not a federal judge
in the Country who has not sentenced somebody to jail for allegedly committing
an income tax crime or affirmed a conviction for such a crime. However,
there are no crimes involving income
taxes listed in either Title 18 or Title 26.
The
reason being is that there is no such thing as an income tax as all of
my books makes clear.
The reason that the payment of income
tax is not mandatory is because any such filing
requirement would violate numerous provisions of the Constitution and numerous
provisions of the Bill of Rights. These reasons are extensively covered
in the second chapter of THE FEDERAL MAFIA entitled "Why An Income Tax
Must Be Voluntary."
Section 241 of Title 18 (U.S. Criminal
Code) makes it a crime "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress,
threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State...in the free exercise
or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution
or laws of the United States..."Therefore
any Judge who has conducted a trial and sentenced anyone to jail for violating
non-existent statutes has committed a crime, along with the U.S. Attorney
who prosecuted the case, as criminalized by 18 USC 241.
This is not just talk with
no action! Read the following:
